In the case of guest cancellations made after fourteen (14) days prior to the check-in date, the guest remains obligated to pay the booking price and service fee in full.
After the commencement of the stay, guest cancellations are permissible at any time with a notice period of fourteen (14) days.
Myroom24 will refund the guest the prorated booking price and prorated service fee for the additional booking periods covered by the cancellation within fourteen (14) days of receiving the cancellation notice. No cancellation fee will be charged.
We understand that your travel plans may change, especially for long-term stays. Therefore, we also offer you a "free cancellation for the following months up to 7 days before the next booking cycle." This gives you the necessary flexibility to tailor your stay to your individual needs.
